I am a software developer in the USA who has been working on software development tools since 1980. I am currently working on compilers for the Intel IA32 and IPF architectures.

My dual interests in Sudoku solving and computer programming have led me to write my own Sudoku solving program. I am currently trying to understand the more advanced Sudoku solving techniques well enough to add them to the program, and this research led me to Sudopedia.
