Referring to the statement: "When the fin has multiple candidates, it is a big fin."
I think this might be better phrased as "When the fin occupies more than one cell, it is called a 'big fin'." The phrase "multiple candidates", I think, has the connotation of multiple possible digits being considered in a single cell.
